About Jennifer

Instructor & Personal Trainer 

I’m Jennifer, a mom of 3 and Air Force Vet who found her calling in helping others find their path to health. I’m an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach, and believe that you can achieve it if only you believe.

I enjoy fostering the community created in a group fitness class and helping others push past their limits. And my philosophy is simple… eat a healthy diet, move your body every day and practice gratitude and mindfulness.
