Begin building one of the best habits you’ll have for your body and outlook on day-to-day life.  Set yourself up for success by completing the simple task of committing 30-45 minutes a day for just 1 week to exercise.  Your program begins and ends with a phone call with Coach Adam to discuss your goals, desired achievements, and experiences by the end of the week.  Each day throughout the week, you’ll gain access to the next workout in your plan.  The progression of the workouts is designed to help your body build the tolerance to exercise frequently, as well as recover from it to prevent injury and maintain drive.
