I am a counselor, personal trainer, and mom of two with over seven years of experience helping clients change their lives. I am also licensed as a Zumba instructor because I believe exercise should be fun and supportive, while also challenging people to try new things. I believe that everyone is capable of reaching their health and fitness goals, and I look forward to helping you reach yours!
I successfully lost eighty pounds on my own a few years ago, and I did it while working a full-time job AND raising two small children. I know the stress that comes with trying to take care of yourself while also trying to do literally everything else, which is why I believe everyone’s health journey is different. My approach is to help my clients develop habits and goals that work for THEM – no one-size-fits-all exercise programs or fad diets here!
