My name is Jen Jaxon. I am from Washington, D.C., a dog mom of 2 and I LOVE teaching group fitness.

I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, A 200 Hour YTT Yoga Instructor, Meditation Coach, and have certifications in HKC Kettle Bell Hard Style, Les Mills Body Pump, Insanity & PiYo Live, ICG Matrix iC7 Cycle, Barre & more.
